- Light filtering fabric stops about 50% of lights, it still lets lights in, but people can’t see inside from outdoors (privacy protection)
- Blackout fabric means about 85%-95% shading rate(people have different definitions of the shading rate), it lets little lights in, but the room will still be darkened, there is NO 100% blackout zebra blinds fabric in the market, so it’s not a quality issue.
