Sales Taxes

Why are my sales taxes estimated?

The amount appearing on your order as “Estimated Sales Tax” may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Many factors can change between the time you place your order and when your order ships. The actual taxes charged will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

DutchCorners strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist today, and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change, however tax laws are subject to change and are perpetually evolving.

  • You have 45 days to exchange your item.
  • Please include your receipts and form of payments that was used.
    • Please Note:Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at sales@dutchcorners.com

 

What do I do if I received the item is defective?

 

  • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at sales@dutchcorners.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  
  • We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

  • Yes, we ship internationally.

How do I track my package?

  • Once your order is completed, we will update you by emailing you to inform you that your order was shipped and will provide you a tracking number.
  • You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at sales@dutchcorners.com
     

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered, and where it’s being shipped to. Typically, most of our products take 10-28 business days to arrive, sometimes more depending where the product is being manufactured and where’s it’s being shipped to.
